Phase 2

Phase 2 - Specialist provision and continued primary growth (2023 - 2028)

  • to grow the Trust to include SEMH and other specialist provisions within the local area
  • to form a new hub (Hub A) from existing good schools and strong executive leadership within the school hub
  • to sponsor any vulnerable local schools (whilst taking note of the principles above) • to continue the sharing of good practice throughout the Trust to raise achievement
  • the establishment of a Lead of School Improvement to coordinate the sharing of good practice and commission support across all key stages and provisions
  • embed effective and efficient central core support systems for all schools within the Trust to ensure sustained value for money and economies of scale
  • a common approach to pastoral services to enhance the support for children from challenging families with behavioural or emotional needs or SEND enabling the children to achieve their potential academically and socially
  • the development of leadership roles across schools to improve leadership and management, drive up standards and develop the capacity for growth in Phase 2 and beyond
  • to create and embed the corporate training and performance system to improve school outcomes and retain and recruit high quality staff
  • continue to build on established collaborative partnerships including Basildon schools and Council, Billericay Trust and Harris Teaching Hub to ensure that we achieve excellent learning opportunities through evidence based research, shared good practice and quality first teaching
